Q. What time is check-in/out?

Check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out is 10 am.

Q. What is your Cancellation Policy?

There is a no refund if you Cancel. 

Q. Can I check in early or late?

Early and/or late check-in may be available. If available, additional fees apply. Please inquire about early or late check-in services at the time of booking. 

Q. May I bring my pets?

Unfortunately, United Vacation Rental is not set up to accommodate pets during stays and does not allow pets at any of our properties.



Q. Is There a Maximum Number of People?

Property maximums are stated on each property page. Please adhere to this rule.

Q. Can We have a Wedding or Event?

Weddings and events are allowed at The Plantation property ONLY. An additional fee of $2500 is required. You may have a maximum of 125 guests, including the bridal party and must adhere to a mandatory quiet time of 10 pm. 

Q. Do you Rent Pontoon Boats/Jet Skis

Yes, they will be at the dock. Boat is $275 per day, Jet Skis $200 ea. per day, based on reservation days.



Q. Can you Heat the Swimming Pool?

We offer pool heating in the Spring and Fall months for a fee of $200 per day. This may be added to your reservation during the booking process or after a reservation has been made.

Q. Do you provide linens? (Sheets/Towels)

United Vacation Rental provides sheets and towels for those staying at each of the properties as indicated during the booking/reservation process.

Q. What type of coffee pot do you have at your properties?

We like to keep it simple! We have a standard, Black & Decker 12-cup coffee pot at each vacation property for your use during your stay.
